Coach Doller has done countless things for the Sayville Lacrosse program, for over a decade! Whether it was carpooling players to various events or putting in UNPAID time to help us better ourselves through the sport. Having Mr. Doller as a coach in middle school, when he started the program, then again in high school has allowed me and members of my graduating class(2003) to have a very unique relationship with him when we are in a point in our lives when we need guidance most, yet don't want to hear it. Coach impacted many people through his love of this sport and it is insulting to former players that now when he has come so close to his goals, that there are people who want to take away his position. I fully support Coach and firmly believe he has done more than enough to maintain his head coaching job.

My son Had Coach Dollar as his lacrosse coach, The man was a great dedicated coach. He inspired and helped build character in many young men in Sayville. It would be a great loss to the Sayville community to lose him as a coach.

Christian Doller is a man of character and commitment. His past accomplishments as the Head Lacrosse Coach at Sayville High School has been an inspiration to the entire lacrosse community. His love, respect and devotion to his players and community is second to none. Losing Christian as a coach would be a tremendous loss to the lacrosse family in Sayville.

Sayville lacrosse is nothing without coach Doller. Christian is about the kids. The board isnt. People need to be heard. He is dedicated to the position, 100 percent. Kids idolize him and parents thank him. He is the face of Sayville lacrosse. Without Doller coaching, watch the moral and program sink. All because of political BS. Bring back Christian!!

When politics take precedence over the best interest of our children the entire community will eventually be negatively impacted. Coach Dollars record and reputation speak for themselves. His vision of a lacrosse program is realistic and community based. It's individuals like him that put a small town like Sayville on the map and make it the envy of many other programs across the county.

A few years back (2012), Mr Doller and his lax team proudly marched on to the stage at the old Jr High to receive their BOE citations for their championship season. They were cheered by all present that night for their success and it was well-deserved. Unfortunately, Mr Doller and many on his team then proceeded to walk out of the ceremony as the 2012 NYS champion girls' Softball team, led by Coach Tiffany Rowan, was about to receive recognition for their championship season. It was disgraceful. What Mr Doller should have done was to get those boys back in that auditorium to recognize those girls who won it all that year. Poor sportsmanship and embarrassing for a great sports community like Sayville. I hope it was just a mistake on Mr Doller's part and not indicative of how he handles himself and his team, but he owes those girls an apology for the disrespect shown to them on that otherwise tremendous night for Sayville athletes and scholars. I do not know what prompted this current situation regarding Mr Doller's tenure as coach, but maybe there is more to the story than meets the eye.
