No one will put in the time like he does. One of the hardest working coaches I've ever seen. Not many programs have risen as quickly as Sayville has. Made me a better player/person

Yes. Coach Doller is a winning coach who treats his players with respect while developing them as both lacrosse players and young men. He communicates well with the parents and would be a great loss to the program.

Absolutely!! It's ridiculous that the Board would think this is the best for our kids. Coach Doller is all about the kids!! He has built an excellent program for Sayville. And that's all that should matter.

Christian is very hard worker and a good player coach. This is what a high school program needs more then anything else. He has done well in the past and would do the same in the future.

Great guy. It is sad to see when you stand up to the BOE how they respond. With all those PHD's you think they would be above petty retaliation. What happened to putting the kids first. Did one board member speak to the kids that play for Doller? The answer is no.

Losing Coach Doller would be a complete disservice to the kids of this community. Coach Doller is much more than just a coach to these kids. He is the first to help future, current, and former players in a time of need. He cannot be replaced.

Sayville will be hard pressed to find anyone with the work ethic and dedication to the program and the kids involved as Coach Doller. I have had the pleasure of coaching a youth team with him and his dedication to the program does not stop at varsity. He does so much for these kids on and off the field year round. I hope sayville takes all of that into consideration when attempting to replace the heart of the program!

Yes, Coach Doller should retain his head coach position. As a member of the first varsity lacrosse team in Sayville, it has been a pleasure to see the program develop under his tutelage. It would be a loss for the present and future student athletes to lose a coach with his experience.
