Coach Dollar has been the consummate coach at all levels for the Sayville lacrosse program. His altruism and dedication are apparant to all in the lacrosse community.

I do not know Coach Doller personally, but I have to many tournaments over the past few years and have witnessed what a positive influence and atmosphere he brings to his players and teams.

Coach Doller has built one of the top High School Programs on Long Island from the ground up. He goes above and beyond for his athletes that are both currently playing for him and who are playing in college and elsewhere. Just as much as he does on the field and in the office, he does even more in the community and off the field. This would be a great disservice to the athletes of Sayville if he is not reinstated. You're not going to find a better coach and fit for this program.

Christian is a top-flight coach, as evidenced by the number of Sayville Lacrosse players who receive scholarship $ to play in college. He has also built a great youth program through countless hours of volunteer time. Why would we, as a district, want to lose his expertise, energy and devotion?

Christian Doller is an outstanding son, husband, father and coach. He deserves to remain as the Varsity Lax coach. He began the program is Sayville 18 years ago and has worked tirelessly to educate and positively impact hundreds of young men.
