OBJECTION TO THE NO CHOICE PROPOSAL

If Wilmar`s proposal is as good as they say, why don`t they give farmers a permanent choice between their proposal and QSL`s marketing arrangements and open their books so farmers can see that their internal dealings with other Wilmar companies are fair and not just a way of sqeezing out some extra for Wilmar at the expense of farmers / cane growers. Does Wilmar want farmers to be partners or peasants?

Your big stick approach might work where you come from, but in Australia our country men & women have fort & died to give us the freedom & rights we have today. It's disheartening to see a company act in this fashion on Australian soil. NO wilmar No!!!

It is disappointing to see the government having no real comment on Wilmars actions. The government appears happy to watch foreign interests control our agricultural business's. We should not worried about foreign investment if the government puts the correct controls in place. Unfortunately this has not been done as demonstrated in the dairy and wheat industries and unfortunately the sugar industry appears to be going the same way.

Wilmar- why don't you think about the Australian sugar industry, the growers and the communities which rely on the sugar industry and not what is going to make you a few extra dollars. This NO CHOICE proposal is ridiculous. Do the right thing by the Australian farmers
