This development would create a substantial increase in dangerous traffic too near this peaceful recreation area we use frequently. We enjoy the quiet escape to lake lenexa. Having apartment traffic would increase not only road traffic, but trail traffic as well. No thank you.

Too much congestion already!!

Roads are not designed to handle this additional volume. Traffic on Prairie Star is terrible now and would only get a lot worse with this construction.

NO to the apartments. Calm and peaceful environment in Lenexa will be gone and values of single family homes will go down. Increase in traffic and crime will become a major issue.

We do not need the increased traffic racing up and down prairie star! It is already like a race track!!! We also do not need the crime that these types of places come with! Don’t force everyone here to move!

Single family or duplexes would be best for this prime area

Lake Lenexa is my sanctuary. These apartments will overly congest Black Hoof Park and cause too much traffic on Monticello Road.

This is not needed in this area considering expanding downtown and the neighborhoods surrounding this area.

Please don’t build This overpriced building in the name of short-term profit without long-term gain. Destroying the beautiful scenery and overcrowding the neighborhood where there’s already plenty of residences is a shame

Community taxes have paid for a community park and lake. The location and volume of residents that would be directly adjacent to this area would effectively make this a private lake for the apartment complex. This does not add value or bring revenues to our community beyond using tax funded parks as leverage for higher rent rates.

A complex like this will negatively impact the property values in neighborhoods and homes closest to it as well as the concerns from increased traffic flow through these neighborhoods. A 700 unit complex is a significant concern.

Why more apartments? This is ridiculous.

Please no more apartments !! There are plenty of apartments in other parts of the city I saw dozens of new ones today alone in Johnson County. Take your greed and make your money elsewhere. We left Texas to get out of the mess companies like you have done throughout Texas. state. Leave Lenexa alone. This project only benefits QC stockholders and Lenexa taxes. It does not help the community. Anyone on the city counsel that votes for this project, we will vote out of office.

Keep that area the way it should be with quiet single family homes to keep as much peacefulness and beauty in west Lenexa

the best thing about living in this area is the quiet residential neighborhoods. Building that many apts makes for more people and more traffic and gives it the "city" feel which people in this area do not want.

This area doesn’t seem right for a large apartment complex, please consider putting it somewhere else.

Oppose ! We cannot handle any more traffic on prairie star parkway!! We need the greenspace to keep Lenexa the beautiful city I moved into 16 years ago! I see it dwindling and streetlights on every corner and I do not like it!
