I am so much in agreement with keeping West Cobb a comfortable place for families to grow without the high density building and over crowding. "Infrastructure, environmental impact, educational impact, quality of life and addressing the additional demand for water should be completed prior to development".

The requests for this type of zoning is increasing. People in West Cobb do NOT was high density development. We do NOT want to look like Johnson Ferry Rd in East Cobb. Please deny this request. There is a subdivision approved by the previous commissioner that has a 20 ft. back yard. This is NOT quality development. It's on West Sandtown, just south of the Lutheran Church on Dallas Hwy 120. Cramming as many units as you can on a property is NOT quality development I don''t care how much they sell for.
