Among other things, overly dense OSC’s lower the value of neighboring homes!

No to reasoning!!! Are you aware that Varner Elementary is located in the center of these proposed sites??? The traffic is already horrible getting in and out of this school! And you (commissioners) have just allowed/approved a large subdivision directly across the street! Children's lives are endangered by all of this development!!!

When we moved to Cobb almost 30 years ago, no residential lots were smaller than 1/2 acre. Now this looks like from where we moved from, California lots!

These subdivisions are being proposed in already heavily traveled areas, especially the one on Dallas Highway by McConnell Road. Traffic gets backed up on Dallas Highway in both Directions at the intersection of Lost Mountain and Dallas Highway.

Commissioners, PLEASE do not allow this! The safety of your citizens is involved! Overcrowding is a huge problem in this area! Traffic is becoming more and more dangerous! I was once able to safely make a right hand turn out of my subdivision which is now impossible! LIVES are at stake and the responsibility rests on you to not allow more lives killed by overpopulation!!!!

What's the purpose of zoning laws if you can so easily change them. Vote no to a more densely populated West Cobb or be voted out.

West Cobb is being over developed. I live
on McConnell Road and cars are using it as
a cut through to get to Dallas Hwy.
