Please consider the residents that this will negatively impact in this area. Don’t let the requesters use of creating green space make this zoning seem like a good idea.

Does anyone wonder how this area can handle such an increase in population between developments on Old Lost Mountain (several), corner of Macland and Old Lost Mountain, and on Lost Mountain? Traffic is only one concern. My main concern is the stress on the medical industry. Can our current hospitals and doctors handle this increase.

No to high density zoning. Our are has become overcrowded. New road construction will only help with the already overcrowding. Our school are at or very very near capacity. No high density zoning.

This area is already too congested, do not allow greater influx. It would be detrimental to the aesthetic, atmosphere and available resources of a location that is overgrown as it is.

Traffic is already bad enough, there does not need more people living in this area.

I oppose the density trying to cram thru on mostly VLDR . The OSC is just a way to say we're dedicating land that was unusable for building on.

The land across from Mceachern's back entrance has been used for a firing range, for county police andothergroups for at least 42 yrs. Lead content, bullet shells, spent and unspent , make land unfit for homes, without a thirough "cleansing"
