We live at the dead end chenoweth and can hear them from out house as if they are in our own back yard and the way people fly down 62 causing accidents because of them because they act like they own that rd and corner

2 large bags full is what I cleaned up off our property when we had to start cutting grass again this year.

Last thing we need is a “parking lot” for motorcycles around houses where people live and have to work early.

100% done. Our kindness has been taken advantage of. I Do NOT want my home lit up with giant lights on the woods next to my home so my dogs can be a nervous mess or have drunks watching my teenage daughters through the trees! My privacy is being taken from me and I am no longer okay with this!
Our comments and concerns have been pacified for the past 4 years.

Please please come to the township meeting to support our little community to keep it safe.
We moved here 20 years ago and it's progressively gotten worse and worse. The arrogance to think that they provide dinners during the holidays makes it all okay. We would NEVER set foot into their establishment.

It's so dangerous to drive here at night. I have a 19 year old daughter that has to come home from college on the weekends. We have personally watched one of their patrons have guns drawn on them and then tased in the parking lot...the 4th of july fist fights in the parking lot......
The burnouts and competitions on whose motorcycles are loudest.
Wanna see the kind of crowd they bring here? Go to the gas station around 11 pm....Be careful though you'll probably guy high from the second hand weed smoke in the gas station. Don't even get me started on that!

I am tired of picking up trash and alcohol bottles out of my yard, after these big events, our house shakes from the music being loud and it drives our dogs crazy with the burnouts and other noise that’s being generated.

This is the owner of Tavern 62 we felt the need to reply and let you know our thoughts, this is not meant to be controversial in anyway.
We have not purchased any land and have no plans to have any property rezoned. We have had 4 large events this month on Thursdays.
Last week we had permission to park on the land in question and we have the same permission this week.
We have a liquor license that allows us to stay open until 2:30 we close the bar at midnight during the week and 1 pm on weekends. When we have live music during the week it is over by 9 pm and if we have it on the weekend usually by 10 pm.
We don’t approve of the way some people travel the roads in our area anymore than you. If we had a way to stop it we would.
We try to be a good neighbor and support the community as much as we can as a small business.
We have a Halloween party and give free candy every year, Breakfast with Santa, we offer free Thanksgiving & Christmas Dinners for anyone in the community that doesn’t have a place to go.
We support the local schools, churches, and many other organizations.
We always want to be better and our open to input on ways we can improve.
But again we are not expanding or rezoning any thing.
Thanks
Tavern 62

The dinners and Santa do not negate the fact that we have to live with this chaos consistently. The community wants peace and safety not Santa and dinners that we already have with our families. The past 3 weeks with your QFM event has been a nightmare! Closing early doesn't do anything to help because we still have after hours people doing burnouts or yelling or talking loudly or playing loud base music.
You say "you don't like the noise as much as anyone else" as you go home to your quiet community at night with an HOA that prevents the exact things that you cause. And you know it and sleep just fine.
This past week has been a breaking point for many many people. Things need to change now. Outdoor concerts are NOT okay, regardless of the land being re-zoned or sold, it doesn't matter at this point. We are done.

This bar has made our community no longer safe or peaceful. Constant fights, littering, unacceptably loud music & revving of motorcycles (especially in the early am hours), disrespectful customers, usage of residents properties for parking. Nobody wants to see the business close, but rather have respect for the community their business is located in. Expanding into the residential community will only bring more disrespect and issues. Us locals have been accepting of this for way too long. I hope our community came come together and put a stop to this.

I may not live in Ohio but my aunt does and I’ve stayed with her and her husband and that bar is ridiculous. It’s awful. Please help them out.

We get the noise from all the peeling motorcycles and cars and the music when it is too loud. The amount of wrecks at that intersection died down when it went out of business only to be revamped again. We get people down our lane trying to evade the patrol or 62 in general so they dont get caught drinking and driving…we also hear the bikes race at 2 am when they are leaving. That stretch of 62-71 is a drag strip. Bringing more traffic to the already dangerous intersection will not be a good thing.
