I agree to the new range being built in Plymouth / Terryville, CT. Will be helpful to the community and the police officer opening it will have valuable information for home and personal protection.

I am strongly in favor of the Plymouth Gun Range. My husband was an avid target shooter and hunter until there was no place left to go. He mobed here 15 yrs ago from East Windsor where he was a member of the East Windsor Gun Club/Rifle Range. After marrying me and moving to Oakville he didn't renew his membership there assuming there would be many placed to join locally. Not the case. There's High Rock in Naugatuck which is too small and crowded and one in Waterbury that he applied to and has been waiting 15 years. It's very hard to gwt into. That range is just over the hill from our house and we often hear the gunshots, depending on which way the wind is blowing. It's no big deal and absolutely no bother to us.
My husband needs this as he is unable to do many of the activities he enjoys now. I also enjoy target shooting very much.
We supporting Chris 100% and urge the 'No Voters' to rethink their positions. As someone that lives near a shooting range, I feel I have the right to ask that of them.
