perfect place for it, it's a win win for everyone , The town will save tax payers money by have their officers qualify right in town instead of them driving over to Meriden Ct to qualify once a year.

I fully support the range as a safe place to shoot. The range would also be a benefit to the town of Plymouth, and the local economy.

Just what this town needs, a little bit of life in it. It is a boring and dull place business wise, the town needs to attract new businesses and this is a good start.

I am excited about Prepare to Act Range. This will be providing many programs for the community:
PROJECT KIDS CAMPAIGN
ACTION HERO SCHOOL: This is a one-of-a-kind summer day camp for ages 5 to 12 years old. Not only do our campers participate in camp activities, like swimming, project adventure, arts and crafts and more, they also become their own Action Hero by earning super powers throughout the week and building their own Action Hero Persona. Included in the hero school is 911 Safety, Stranger Danger, Anti-Bullying and Kid Confidence Program and much more. This is currently a two week program, but our goal is to build and advance our business to purchase a specific piece of property designed specifically for our Action Heroes.
CHILD ID KITS: We offer this service free to any parent/guardian that requests to make an appointment or stops in with their children. The purpose is to help safeguard their children in the event they were to be abducted or lost. We take full sets of fingerprints and a DNA swab which are self-contained and last for two years. An example of this kit has been included in my application.
TEEN SAFETY AND BABYSITTER AWARENESS PROGRAMS: These programs are original to Prepare To Act and last approximately four hours. We cover CPR/1st Aid Training, Calling 911, Emergency Situation Training, and dangers that surround computers and social media along with other pertinent topics
.
ADULT PROGRAMS
HOME INVASION/BURGLARY PREVENTION: We are currently at our basic level course and to this point has been very effective. It is a mixture of classroom and hands-on scenario based training that take participants out of their comfort zones. We utilize not only our Main Street location, but also our Tactical Training Center, 24/26 Depot Street. This program was designed with the concept that includes anyone to participate and learn.
FIGHT, FLIGHT OR FREEZE/WOMENS SAFETY: Women’s Personal Safety Courses – Our women’s safety course has been des
