I would actually take this further, and say amend your requirements to granting membership to any journalistic entity meeting the other requirements, but operating online only. In this day and age, the TPA needs to catch up to technology, and acknowledge such online newspapers as not only members, but members who often get the news out more quickly, and with less impact on precious resources.

I back this institution, it focuses on OUR community and nothing more. We the people need to know the inner workings of OUR community. They should be given exemption status and or you must amend your criteria to allow for certain institutions such as IonMesquite. Thank you in advance.
