SAY YES TO:

• Responsible Growth in Helena
• Supporting Accessible Housing
• Tax Revenue for the City
• Improved Roads and Sidewalks
• New Public Nature Trails
• Boosting the Local Economy
• Traffic Calming by Kessler School
• Safer Neighborhoods

Nestled in the heart of the Westside city limits, Helena’s newest neighborhood will provide the housing needed for a variety of income levels.

Home prices have drastically increased due to the low inventory of available housing in Helena, debilitating businesses and limiting job expansion or creation. Availability of housing within the City of Helena has pushed new growth outside the city limits, cutting tax revenue needed for infrastructure modernization and repair. These combined obstacles limit our community, improvements, schools, and quality of life in Helena.

It’s been nearly 20 years since a major housing development was approved inside the Helena City Limits. It’s time to SAY YES, HELENA!

I like the mixed use of the plan - we all wish open spaces could stay open but the fact is that teachers, nurses and other vital workers in our community can't afford to live here. This seems like a sensible plan that maintains and improves access to trails.

The Helena Valley has already been built up far beyond what is wise for our water table and health. This would add new housing options contiguous to existing neighborhoods and would be a welcome addition to the opportunities for homebuyers in a market with so few options.

This will be a nice addition to the westside of Helena and will also increase values of existing homes. Helena is growing and we need housing that creates a smaller carbon footprint by having great access to schools and shopping.

Helena needs this subdivision. Cities are meant to grow and by not approving this the city concile is shutting this city down. As a bilder there is little to no avalible city lots for new construction.

I support this subdivision as it contributes to much needed housing in our community, specifically within the city limits, and will offer affordable housing options. I am hoping there is design solution for an exit Rd. onto Euclid Ave.

I Support this subdivision and like how they plan for fire mitigation and to be aesthetically pleasing in addition to tying into the existing trail system.
