As a local business owner these light are important to the Hoylake community, the amount of comments my clients make regarding them is so lovely and warming and it would be such a shame to see them go!

Keep the lights, the council do nothing else to make the place look nice & lots of people took a lot of time and effort to do something for the area. We pay enough in Ctax and get nothing back. So at least pay for the lights.

They are just lights on a tree to you .... But the joy they have given us all is fantastic. Everyone is so very pleased and proud of them. This time WBC please think again.... Not a lot to ask ....

The lights have been provided, maintained and paid for by the local community who love them. They’ve increased footfall to the local area and local businesses are benefiting. So keep your hands off our pink lights

I support Hoylake lights remaining as a unique and welcoming feature of the town to promote local businesses & charities! As a resident I oppose Wirral council forcing removal of hoylake lights

I work in West Kirby. Since the lights have been put up, I travel home through Hoylake instead of the quicker way through the lanes and by pass. I love looking at these on my way home. They indeed should stay on and also be switched on throughout the year on special celebratory occasions.

A community has pulled together and made a town look fabulous (when there isn’t even an Open golf comp on!) and the Council want to remove the lights? Come on Wirral LA, play nicely.

Please leave the lights up, they look beautiful and make Hoylake stand out from the crowd.

This is a disgrace. A successful scheme being ruined by a Council only concerned with Birkenhead! Labour all over!
