This proposal is very bad housing policy, puts multi-family housing in a single family neighborhood

Rediculous site without correct access, without public transport links, without appreciation for its environmental impact, without consideration for other sites.

Senior housing is important for Burlington but this location is just not a good one. Steep road, no nearby amenities and, even more importantly, the purchase price will be so high that the only seniors who will be able to afford to buy a unit will be transplants from neighboring towns who have cashed in their homes and are looking to move to a town like Burlington with prices under $1M and a low tax rate. If we want to help our seniors, this is not tge project to do so.

Precinct 7 and formerly lived right off Mountain Rd.
Opposed:
1) Traffic in this area is already out of control.
2)no doubt that flooding will be an issue.
3) ruins yet another lovely residential area with overbuilding and congestion.
4) Location makes little sense, especially for seniors.
