The town has too many condos and this is in a co vested horrible accident prone area. Bad bad idea. There are other places to out it if it’s felt it’s really needed

Keep any housing for seniors in the right location so it is accessible for them, family and emergency services. Secondly, knowing impact of building projects as this one is, on the immediate neighborhood is really unfair for all the resources, time and money the neighbors have to spend to fix the issues on their property as a result of this project. Be considerate of the neighborhood and find a location that is more appropriate for this sort of project.

Being a senior living here for many years, my feeling is we have WAY too much building going on in this "town" as it is, with WAY too much traffic to go along with it. Why not add more senior apartments in the multiple units already here and the multiple units being built.
