This will lead to traffic congestion on Mountain Road, including the Winn Street intersection. Conservation land will also be sacrificed for the greed of the developers.

I am opposed to this project. I do not live in the neighborhood (Precint 3) but I feel it’s a bad move for the people of that neighborhood in regards to damage to their homes. I also feel that Seniors need housing that is not landlocked and a potential safety hazard when it comes to emergency personnel and vehicles, as the road of approach is not very wide.

Hi Danielle, Mike Runyan and Joe Morandi are both very much in support of this development. If you feel they should be voting against this, please reach out to them:

Do not want this on Mountain Road!!
Why continue to keep building all these condos. We already have we water shortages every year and by April we have a water ban. Also, traffic is already horrible around Burlington now were going to build more condos so we have worst traffic in the water. Does that make sense?

Precinct 7, heritage way. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS. Mike Runyan used to live on mountain road and Joe Morandi owns the barber shop on it and they both need to convince the other board members that this is a TERRIBLE IDEA. I sincerely hope that neither of them are in support of this proposal. This side of town is perfect the way it is and NEEDS to be left alone.

This development is highly inappropriate for this location next to our conservation land.

Besides the probability of drainage and flooding for those who live at the bottom of Mountain Road, the one road entrance/exit could be a real hazard. I believe this project is problematic for Burlington and would like to see the Selectmen agree NOT to write a letter of support for it.
No Condos at 35 Mountain Road!
