I respect a land owner has a right to build on their property. There are Zoning Bylaws set in place to guide the development and protect the community. When a proposal requests over 30 waivers from these bylaws in order to build, it becomes unreasonable. Should the Select Board choose to submit this application to the state, they are setting a bad precedent of the approval of Zoning Bylaw non-compliance.

31 Winn Valley Dr.
PLEASE vote NO on the plan for Winn View Heights II. I live directly across mountain road where they plan on building access. I DO NOT WANT blasting to be done near my home. Mountain Road can get congested enough already leading on to Winn Street. We do not need more residents coming in.

While this project will directly effect me do to the increased traffic on my road that is only one of the many reasons for this or any more residential condo or apartment complex’s not to be approved. Let’s start with the simplest and most pressing reason. The strain it will put on our towns water consumption we already every year are having water band and water warnings. But yet these complexes keep getting approved. Our schools are already maxing out students and while this one may only bring in 12-20 kids guessing. The next the one and the ones before will keep stretching our resources to the limit. The next thing you know the town will have to build bigger schools to accommodate a multimillion dollar endeavors all on the tax payer. Enough is enough let Burlington be what it was developed as a nice town double and single family homes that catered to industry and tech firms to create a nice tax income for the town.

This isn't a good place for senior housing because Mountain Rd. is steep and narrow. I've had my share of "sliding incidents/near accidents" in my car during the winter when trying to make my way down to Winn St.
