Burlington simply does not need another condo complex. Putting it in a location that is hard to access and harms adjacent undeveloped land seems like adding injury to injury.

What is the traffic mitigation plan for the area especially Winn and Mountain? What are the environmental impacts of the project especially water run off

I am against this project because of the Problems which will be created with traffic, construction of development to surrounding homes, location access. Wrong for this neighborhood.

I oppose this proposal for all of the reasons already listed. It sets a bad precedent for our entire town. I live across town in the Fox Hill neighborhood and would oppose this for any given similar situation in any neighborhood in Burlington. Strongly Oppose!!!

Excess development in Burlington substantially negatively impacts quality of life, water quality for current residents. Mountain Rd cannot handle this type of development and area residents don't need or want any further increases in congestion.

I walk my son’s dog there. It’s beautiful with 200 year old 100 foot pines. It would be a shame. Very sad

I live on Heritage Way it will cause a lot of traffic going down our street. We live on a residential single family houses. Leave it that way! Also it takes a good 10 minutes as it is to get onto Winn Street! Do not let them build these Condos!!!

I live at 14 Manor ave adjacent to mountain road. This would create traffic and environmental disasters for our community.

I am totally opposed to this development! This blasting and formation of a new street, up from Mt. rd. to a new development would be a total disaster for this area; possibly damaging homes. I believe that the extreme incline would not be feasible for safe driving conditions, especially by Senior citizens. During rain, snow and icy conditions., road surfaces would require EXTREME CAUTION resulting in numerous Traffic problems! Please vote “no” on this development. Thank you!

We have lived in Burlington 50 years, always vote, and it is just unconscionable to think that ANY select person would vote for this extremely harmful project, in so many ways. The traffic in this area is bad enough without further exasperating this current situation. As a former town meeting member, to allow this project proposal to get this far is unacceptable, just so some developer can chop up this single family lot, doing GREAT harm to the surrounding area/community. Stop this craziness NOW.

As a single family home owner off of Winn Street and mountain Road, I object to and multi-family development for seniors as it will impair the value of my home ($1.5M) and cause significant disruption, dirt, and noise in my neighborhood. Also, why would you build into a hill for elderly people that have limited to no mobility.
