The roads around the site will be congested with large vehicles. If is difficult to exit the road at present and with development of 3 sites in the area already granted this will have a massive effect. Also it is to close to houses

The proposed site is too close to a school, homes, a residential facility for disabled and office units all these are within 250m which the guidelines say is a minimum distance from the plant. The road to bring the waste in is not suitable for the increase on traffic for this and 3 other developments that have been granted planning in the surrounding area.

Allthough I am in favour of plants such as this converting waste into energy,however this is totally the wrong location for this one.It is to close to a residential area for one,and two Potash lane is unsuitable to take articulated lorrys and large tractors towing 20 tonne trailers of maize and silage with an entrance opposite homefarm trust and a school bus stop.surely it would be better on the existing landfill site at Appleford railway sidings.

Whilst I support the concept of what the anaerobic digester, it is clear when reading the application and comparing it with Environment Agency guidance, it is clear that this is not a suitable site for the proposed development.

Strongly object to this development due to the likely increased traffic, unsightly 'blot' on the landscape and likely awful air pollution from such a plant.

I strongly object to the proposed plans, it will devastate the quite pleasant little village and devalue everybody homes, not to mention road safety for the children that walk down that road to catch school bus's, and road traffic which is already bad at the main road would be made worse also. It should not go ahead!!!

Increased HGV traffic - The junction of the site will only increase the volume of traffic at an already congested area. The commuter traffic has already been identified as a problem by the Highways Agency as they intend to perform radical changes to the existing Milton Interchange roundabout to help ease congestion from the A34 and nearby expanding Milton Park. Adding an approximate 80 slow moving HGV vehicles daily to this area would not help to enhance the accessibility of the Science Vale UK Enterprise Zone and the new housing in Didcot with its growing population.

The number of delivery lorries proposed is horrendous - and this in an area where there is already congestion, to be made even worse by other developments in the area. This monstrosity should be sites on a brown field site beside railway tracks - e.g. on part of the Power Station land.

Inappropriate location, noise, light, flies, vermin and odour pollution. Goes against VWHDC own policy for Greenfield sites. Contravenes Environment Agency rules for facilities of this nature. A good idea, but not this big and this close to a residential area
