This can not possibly be a viable proposal for a peaceful Oxfordshire village.

As a resident of Milton Heights I am wholly opposed to this proposal.It would radically spoil the nature of the location, removing an established orchard and affecting the quality of life of vulnerable adults and children.This is environmentally counterproductive on so many counts, entailing extra carbon footprint from transporting waste considerable distances. It will bring disturbance & new dangers from heavy lorries, even more traffic onto local roads regularly seized up by A34 blockages. Why bring heavy industry waste, air pollution into a setting which cannot be retrieved once lost. There are clearly industrial brownfield sites which should be used to accommodate this.

This proposed development is totally unsuitable for this lovely rural area. Put it in the middle of an industrial estate.

This development is not appropriate for the location in which it is proposed, which is a predominantly residential/rural area. There is a danger of increasingly industrialising this area, whilst there are significant other industrial local area's where the deveopment could be located.

This type of facility should be built on brownfield land, not on land which has an orchard of Harwell cherries.

I am totalling opposed to this as a resident of Milton Heights, the area is not large enough to take all the extra traffic and this is a totally unsuitable sight for this type of facility

My business is adjacent to the proposed location and it will impact on the surroundings with the potential for noise pollution and dramatically change the nature of the location. With so much land on the site of the Didcot power station close by I cannot understand why it is being built here.

My medical device business is situated right next to the proposed facility which if built will result in the business having to be moved to a new location. I am strongly against this.

The location of this proposed reprocessing plant is much too close to the homes of many people as well a a primary school.

A ridiculous proposition, next to a primary school and on top of the planning being granted for 48 houses and a Tesco delivery warehouse nearby. Stop destroying our countryside

This facility would spoil the natural beauty of this environment, it would also cause a risk to the people surrounding the facility as all of the explosive gas will be stored on site

As an international business operating at the forefront of big data and mobility technologies we find ourselves competing for scarce skilled technical resources with the start-ups of Tech city/Silicon Roundabout area and other international companies. However, our current location on a peaceful (and growing) cherry orchard is a significant lever we have and it has proved influential in bringing skilled people to the area and as such I use that in our job advertisements. Our Uk headquarters operates from a Thatched building less than 100 metres from the proposed development and from spring through autumn we open the windows to circulate air through the office. As well as the aesthetic impact of having 6 x 10 metre high tanks, 4 x 8 metre high tanks, flare stacks ! and other plant equipment resembling a refinery or chemical plant, I am concerned about the smell from 4 open silage clamps and several tonnes of chicken crap being transported in every day. Even the Assessment report considers the odours from the AD plant to be 'moderately offensive' but because the chicken crap and fruit and vegetable waste are stored in covered tanks, those materials have been discounted from the odour assessment.
