Unbelievable that this is being considered so close to a community, or maybe the planners disregard the fact that it's nearest neighbours are adults with learning disabilities or don't they matter??????.

I am not opposed to the idea of a plant of this type and can appreciate why a location close to the A34, with its link to the M4, would be attractive for bulk transport, but this proposed site is too close to young school-children and vulnerable adults as well as residents of houses. Its proposed position on the top of a hill also raises concern about any accidental run-off which would engulf the community to the east and possibly end up on the A34. So it's not a bad idea but the location is not suitable. Sorry to sound like a NIMBY.

I am totally against this development's siting - it will cause huge detriment to the lives of those around it and impact negatively on the area. The whole siting is totally inappropruate.

This will cause further congestion in an area which already has too much traffic. there will be safety concerns for the school nearby and it does not make sense to put it right be a housing development.

My family live at Milton Heights and my children attend the school there. Big concerns about the environmental impact this will have on the local residents and businesses AND concerns about increased traffic on usually quiet roads
