This is absolute lunacy to think this is an appropriate site for this industrial sized plant such as this. Why is it being entertained by the council?.!!!

I cannot believe they would locate a plant of this type on land which was used as a fruit farm for many years. I also used to work at The Core Business Centre which could not exist in the middle of a plant like this!

I am a supporter of green energy, but this site is completely unsuitable, being so close to housing and businesses and on land currently used to grow food.

I am a small business owner and chose the Core as it offers a unique and beautiful setting in which I can conduct my business. I am opposed to this proposal as it will have a negative impact on my work environment and also impact the health and safety of local residents.

Surely these sites should be located as far away as possible from residential and light commercial premises...there are always some risks and unpleasantness associate with such plants...not least the increase in heavy lorries in the vicinity, and the handling of a toxic and dangerous gas. There are other more suitable places for this plant.

My place of work is the Core Business Centre which was chosen as offering good office space in a (currently) tranquil rural setting. I am opposed to this planning proposal, not only for the negative impact that it will have on my work environment, but also for the detrimental impact and health and safety risk that it will introduce to the local residents, the road access, the local Primary School and Home Farm Trust.

Why build on a green field site when Didcot has a power station decommissioning that could be put the use of the proposed plant?

This is a totally inapproprite location for this project and there must be further in-depth research commissioned to find a site on an existing industrial site.
