No waste as we have to wholesale sleeper company near us and there is enough bad rotten smells from there and QCC does nothing about it so we do not need any more rotten smells up in John Bull Street

There is a child care facility near by and the increase in trucks would make the drop off and pick up more difficult. Also the smells that may eminate from the facility would be unpleasant for the surrounding businesses.

So much empty space around us.
Seems a shame to try make it so close.
We live within 2km of muggy way and with the rite wind it is very smelly.

Even if Queanbeyan residents don't live right next to the garbage tip, themselves, we need to stop this development for the sake of the people that do. The impact on the surrounding environment and community will be too great. If we let them build facilities in locations like this, they will build more. Next time it could be near you!

No one should have to have this dump site near there family home or school.
Put yourself if the shoes of the residents and see how you would feel if this dump site was going to be built where you live and your children go to school ....
