Yet another inappropriate and ILLEGAL building project in Kirkland that will further congest our roadways and mar this once beautiful town. Kirkland residents need to stop being complacent to this type of construction - take a stand, it's your city!
RIDICULOUS!!! Stop building these huge boxes everywhere and destroying our streets. Who even approves this stuff?
Keep our neighborhoods residential. These massive buildings dont fit in with the character of this town at all.
traffic in kirkland is already a nightmare. we dont need more apartments cramming everything up. enough is enough.
We lived here for 20 years and its slowly turning into a concrete jungle. Please think about the people who actually live here.

I strongly support this measure and the limiting of size of developments along our lake shore. As a Kirkland resident in a neighborhood near this development the excess traffic really concerns me. I want development that promotes single family homes and neighborhood building. Large tracts of apartments over small cramped retail is not what Kirkland needs.
