Too many houses for that intersection. The county would need major road rework to handle an "older" age group attempting to pull in and out if Bob Cox into Burnt Hickory. Maybe ifnthe county had 3 lanes Barrett all the way to Dallas as they were supposed to and not sent more traffic up Burnt Hickory.

I grew up watching the east side of the county turn into "East Cobb". I live within 250 yards of this parcel of land, and do not want to watch yet-another brick be put into the wall that developers want to create to make the west side of the county into the 21st century version of the hot mess they made. This even looked forced and silly on the blueprints. No, Traton/Poston family, you don't really need this.

I live within a block of this. No, no, and no. It's about traffic, runoff, and the overall quality of life in West Cobb. We chose to live here for a reason...low density!!! This will change that.

Don't feel that location will work as traffic in that area and on Gordon Combs Road is already unsafe and awful.

Signal or roundabout is already needed at the intersection.

Please vote "no" on the proposal to change the zoning on the corner of Bob Cox and Burnt Hickory. The traffic is already very bad on that road.

Please reconsider this development and re zoning. We do not need anymore high density neighborhoods in this area! The area already has recent development with a negative impact on locals and traffic in the area. Also the development of another senior living center does not open up the opportunity for making west cobb into a family friendly area.

Traffic at these two roads is already dangerous, add Gordon Combs traffic onto where it Tbones where the entrance of the new subdivision would probably be, and your asking for even more trouble. More homes with Sr. citizens who would typically have slower reflexes against the speeds of the cars traveling down Burnt Hickory or trying to get on Burnt Hickory from either Gordon Combs and Bob Cox and you are asking for more hazardous conditions for them and for the community.
