I opposed to Rezoning Application Z-45. This is on the corner of Bob Cox Rd. and Burnt Hickory Rd.

Burnt Hickory is already crowded at times. It can't handle the additional volume.

Instead of more senior residential how about building more affordable housing in Cobb!

All the commissioners seem to care about is generating more tax revenue. They couldn't care less about the quality of life in west Cobb. Vote NO. I'm so sick of seeing every last piece of undeveloped property turned into high-density developments or subdivisions. Our traffic in this area has become so bad, that I don't even try to go anywhere after I get home from work until several hours later. I used to love west Cobb, but now I can't wait to move out.

This is considered "high density" housing and it is not needed/appreciated in this area.

The roads around here are already beyond capacity and unsafe, we do not want every inch of Greenspace developed

This is a dangerous intersection and this proposed community is not at all in keeping with the West Cobb area. Do not make this area of West Cobb like East Cobb! I am not opposed to development but I am tired of us always having to concede for the desires of the developers to want rezoning. Leave the zoning the way it is.

This is a heavy traffic area and dangerous intersection. This is a single home area. There is mutiple Senior Living communities on Dallas Highway.

The building & number of "senior" communities is not balanced to the families & reasons which have brought so many here...Cobb is pushing out everyone who pays the taxes & makes the schools as outstanding as they are.

There is too much traffic at this intersection already. No more development until we have a comprehensive traffic plan for West Cobb.

I vote no. The congestion in the area is awful already. The last thing we need is to add that kind of density to the area

As a resident off Gordon Combs, this rezoning would be unnecessary and dangerous. Our intersection is already treacherous. Vote NO!

With any development in that area the county commissioners need to require the developer give up some land and build a rotary ( turn circle) to encompass Bob Cox Rd, Gordon Combs Rd and Burnt Hickory Rd.
