Please do not rezone this property. West Cobb is losing it's country feel with too many homes being built on every corner. Please don't cram more homes into this corner. Thank you.

Not in keeping with the neighborhood. Another senior community is about 1 mile away already.

Please stop allowing this to happen. This area is not suitable for this type of a project.

Our county has enough traffic issues and we cannot further reduce our tax income and increase other issues. These homes will not help our schools or traffic. This entire area is now becoming more senior living. Please deny this request.

We have enough flippen traffic cutting through on Bob Cox from Burnt Hickory to Dallas highway! We don't need anymore! I live in a subdivision off Bob Cox and can't even get out of my neighborhood without almost getting whacked! How you all thought about that? Bad idea putting more homes in that area! BAD IDEA

This area is already getting saturated with senior residences. The development proposed would create too much volume for the two lane Burnt Hickory Rd. I am on Burnt Hickory every day commuting to and from work.
