Say No To Traton Homes' Rezoning Proposal

I opposite this location for the proposed development.

Do not approve this proposed development until you've sat in the AM/PM traffic....there is no rush nor hour involved....traffic congestion in West Cobb must become a priority ‼️

Stop all the building in Cobb!!

Stop already - keep West Cobb from being over crowded.

This site is totally inappropriate for such dense housing. The roads in this area will not handle additional traffic flow without significant modifications which would infringe on adjacent residences and would create additional expense for the county. There are already two senior living facilities less than 2 miles away on Dallas Highway. That would be a better location for additional senior living housing if it is even needed. The area in question is currently low density single family homes and should retain that character in any future developments.

The corner of Bob Cox and Burnt Hickory is already dangerous. There is already high traffic on Burnt Hickory, also. Allowing a high density development there will adversely affect quality of life in the area.

This is an already-overloaded intersection. The current lower density zoning is appropriate for this parcel. RSL would overwhelm this small parcel and create traffic nightmares. Density cannot be allowed to increase. Leave it as is. Please.

The proposed build by Traton does not fit into our single family home concept/area. It will increase traffic tremendously on Burnt Hickory and be detrimental to our neighborhood and my family.

Live on Gordon Combs and the intersection with Burnt Hickory is already dangerous. And we are currently already surrounded with these developments Ntly

We live off of Bob Cox Road. We are concerned not only about the traffic but there are no sewers or drain systems installed in our area. We have a horrible problem with drainage and run off in our yard and afraid that this will only add to it.

I travel through this intersection daily and it is already very dangerous! The construction of and future residents of High density senior homes will only make this worse. Please do not approve this development!

I live off ken due west rd. The roads can't handle this!!

I live less than 1 mile from the proposed site and I am against this project because the intersections of Bob Cox & Burnt Hickory and Gordon Combs & Burnt Hickory are dangerous already, the development would not compliment the existing homes and there are similar developments nearby that still have availability.

I do not approve of this community being built at Bob Cox and Burnt Hickory.

I think rezoning this plot is a terrible idea. I commute from Atlanta to West Cobb and the intersection of Burnt Hickory and Barrett Parkway is already extremely busy. The traffic on Burnt Hickory is already over limit. Not to mention, the proposed plan does not at all respect the open community feeling of the area. I am dead set against this rezoning. Please make the right decision and deny this application. We need to preserve the community we have left, not shove unneeded houses on every speck of land.

This is not the area for a cluster of homes. There are already a lot of 55+ being built in the area

Please do not allow this density. We welcome a new community, but please maintain our current zoning restrictions.
