That road backs up every rush hour and cars on side roads cannot turn safely! It is a difficult place to have a road, and to add 46 houses and all that traffic is absolutely insane! We cannot get to jobs or appointments as it is!

There is already too much traffic on Burnt Hickory. Adding another 90 cars doesn't help. While it may be senior housing and perhaps they don't crowd the road during rush hour, if retired, it is still not a conducive area to high density housing

Bob Cox Road is already dangerous, especially at the intersection ofBurnt Hickory Rd. There are already 5 senior complexes in a 5 mile radius . We do not need more of this type housing !

Please say no to this re-zoning. It would be totally out of character with this rural area. 46 2-story, Cluster Homes with an entrance on Bob Cox Road, so very close to Burnt Hickory Road would become very dangerous. This is too many homes on this lot! Water run-off is already a major issue for my home which backs up to the creek running through this proposed development.
Please deny the re-zoning!!!

Absolutely no! This is a strictly residential area already way over-burdened with traffic. Sometimes traffic already backs up all the way to downtown Marietta.
