Land is so expensive and unfortunately the only way developers can make money is by putting awful townhomes up. Townhomes don’t belong in our area. Should be reserved for cities.

The beauty of Gwinnett County until recently was it wasn't over populated. That changing. Rapidly. It needs to stop. We all recognize that more people means more taxes, but when it gets too crowded, people leave. There needs to be a balance. So far I am not seeing any desire for balance in the County government.

Too much building of residential homes being built inForsyth County. They are taking down so many trees and ruining the look of the county. Making it look like a concrete jungle.

The only way to stop or slow all this development is to vote out the ones who are approving it. When they are up for re-election, check and see which ones it is and vote accordingly.

We don’t need more homes going up on Buford and Suwanee Dam Roads. We have enough cars on the roads now.

Buford Dam Road will always have a bottleneck at the dam. High density development around Lake Lanier does not make sense.

This has got to stop. The infrastructure of Gwinnett County is suffering enough. The quality of life and education have plummeted over the past few years. What once was a desirable suburban town has been ruined. STOP THE MADNESS

This would make traffic a nightmare around the schools that are across the street: Traffic already backs up around the schools and a new development would make it worse.

Tired of the overbuilding going on in Gwinnett!!

I am totally against this. With all the new town homes and apts already being built in and around Sugar Hill is already a nightmare of population explosion!!! And what a bad place to put townhouses!! Wow

I do not agree with the building of a large townhouse community in this particular area.
