There's enough traffic and congestion already. This is not a good area for townhomes.

The area cannot support the traffic and environmental impact that development would require. Please don't ruin the natural beauty of our area for a quick buck!

That intersection is already a mess... a simple Chorus Practice yesterday at Lanier Middle had traffic back-up in all 4 directions at that intersection. This would be a disaster waiting to happen with all the school traffic and lake traffic already in the area

Although not a Lanier Springs homeowner, I am a nearby homeowner of the River Falls subdivision that will also be negatively impacted should this rezoning request be approved.

This area cannot handle more congestion until infrastructure is corrected. Traffic is already a nightmare at times and water run off from the water increased paved areas is causing the local creaks to over run and be polluted.

We need infrastructure improvements before new neighborhoods are built.

We have a hard enough time getting in and out of our neighborhood now. Adding more traffic does not help an already over congested area

No to the Townhomes! Way too crowded for a small parcel and will cause congestion in front of a middle school, elementary school and a neighborhood.

Stop all this building! The roads can’t handle what is out there now much less adding new/more housing.

We drink the water and there are only two lanes of road, not to mention the development will ruin the schools next door.
