Terrible idea on location. Someone is blinded by greed here. There are apartments and neighborhoods going up all in Buford/ Sugar Hill. This is unnecessary and will disrupt the lives of nearby residents who have been there for decades. The traffic will be unbearable, forcing roads to widen cutting into so many properties,.. and good luck passing through the dam. It is not what a great number of locals would like and it's not worth the problems that come with it.

The area is not suitable for that dense of development. Traffic will be untenable. Pollution will be unmanageable. Water quality will be damaged.

There needs to be infrastructure in place for the account of traffic that will be generated from high density housing. That area already has a major traffic issue as is. This will only exacerbate the problem.
