Wrong location needs to be out of the town as it will ruin the country side scenory as i walk around this area a lot to walk all type of wildlife, it will cause busy traffic congestion as there is a lot of traffic that go through there for m4 junction.

I feel this is in the wrong area with the past flooding issue, this will be situated within a densley populated area and is unsuitable for the surrounding area, this should be situated in a more suitable industrial substanable area with major traffic links already in place

The proposed location is unsuitable. i.e outside the natural boundary formed by Cepen Way and an unspoiled green field site.

If 80% of the lorries will be accessing the Motorway network, why can't the building be developed nearer the motorway junction? Building on the proposed site is only going to add to the already rediculous traffic problems at peak times.

They were offered land nearer M4 but said was to expensive, will bring more traffic, pollution, noise, devalue our homes and it's a bloody eyesore.

This development can only have a detrimental effect on residents, the town and local businesses. Say no.

This would be devastating to Chippenham for very little return from an uncaring employer that seems to offer only temporary jobs and nowhere near as many of those as promised.

this would be devastating to chippenham. The industrial growth on this side of the a350 would destroy the beautiful, peaceful villages of allington and sheldon. The additional noise and traffic would be terrible for the communities of cepen park north. Traffic here is bad enough already. More people will start to cut through the dangerous village lanes, causing more accidents and increased traffic flow that the roads arent designed to take.
