This is a monstrosity if a development and will be an utter blot on the landscape. How can anybody support this development? If there is a need for such a development shouldn't it be nearer a motorway junction not ruining a conservation area and on top of a residential development.

we don't need the range in chippenham, downsides far outweigh any benefits.

Wrong location in prime green belt land. It will also permanently remove valuable and fertile arable land. We cannot currently support the people of this land. Removing farm land is shortsighted for short term commercial gain by a few. Where will it end if we keep digging up our valuable agricultural land. Development should be on Brownfield sites. Allowing this development to progress will see further development being eventually permitted and in a 'few' years the character of Chippenham will have been ruined, again based on exagerated promises of the job gains. It must not go ahead.

This shows that mioney talks and that the residents are totally disregarded in terms of their surroundings, the lack of infrastructure to take massive lorries, the noises pollution and the wishes of the community as a whole.

This will cause alot of traffic problems and congestion on a busy trunk road, and is too close to housing.

Use the land near the M5 that has been set aside for strategic development. Use the empty shops next to Next for the store.

The right place for this development is near the M4.
