Like many others I agree a casino would be bad for this area. It should not be placed in an established suburban neighborhood and certainly not an area so close to the river where the main attraction is nature. Not to mention the traffic that forest hill absolutely cannot handle and other known negatives of casinos which are good for those who own them, but not those who frequent them.

We do not need the crime that is associated with a Casino coming into the area. Increased crime will definitely affect our property values. NO TO THE CASINO

I admit to wanting a casino in the Richmond area. I recognize that Richmond will no longer be a "sleepy, little southern town" once a casino opens here. I implore you to consider the quality of life of those who live here and give it your first priority when making your decision. You want the citizens of Richmond to still be here to support the city after you've made your decision.
