I object to the planned development which is already in excess of the existing development of 1497 units.

Prime farm land, short turn gain, long term loss.

The development will place a huge demand on the local roads which are already running at full capacity let alone destroy the local rural landscape.

Impact upon Uttoxeter in respect of the inability of roads to cope with additional traffic, lack of work in the area, schools over crowded.

THAT AMOUNT OF HOUSES MAKES ABOUT 860 EXTRA CARS .ARE THE ROADS GOING TO BE ABLE TO COPE?

I too would be against this development which is now becoming a familiar story all across the country!

I am not local but stay with my friends in their home at Chartley Gate Close, this development is in the wrong place and will spoil the ever disappearing countryside !!

Too many houses for not sufficient infrastructure. The flow of traffic on the Stafford road will be seriously affected.

There are too many housing developments in Uttoxeter without this one

I am not anti-development and welcome growth to support our town centre and jobs but do not see the need for such a huge number in addition to the plans for the old JCB factory and the development west of Uttoxeter, in a relatively short space of time. What we do need is more space to attract businesses - what a shame that a Uttoxeter-born successful business such as TopCashback had to move to Stafford for lack of suitable premises to expand into! ESBC needs to rethink!!

alreay far to many new houses going up in uttoxeter!!! No need to build houses on every green space available. Try building some new businesses for folk to work in or even enough schools for the people that already live there. Makes me laugh that the historical market town of uttoxeter has had houses built on its cattle market, stop chucking the up everywhere!!

Why spoil the beautiful greenery around Uttoxeter? Houses are being built on all the natural beauty spots.

Traffic using kingfisher way is already to much and too fast all it needs is another 400 + car

There is not enough being done to the local infrastructure schools, roads etc to cope with the number of homes planned

I strongly oppose this development , my mother and I were victims of a serious flood in the year 2000 , the water came from hazelwalls farm and over the park ! New housing will exacerbate this risk and further serve to destroy the beautiful countryside surrounding our town , a countryside that marks our identity as a pretty semi rural market town .

Unnecessary over-development of our green space.
