As a local resident of this specific area I'm appalled at the prospect of so much disruption and the loss of our quiet safe haven. This is a ludicrous plan!

The roads in the area , particularly Stafford road cannot safely cope with vehicles leaving an estate of that size .

There are not sufficient facilities in the town or road infrastructures to support current developments. The town is loosing its identity!!!

There are plans approved for 1200 houses in Uttoxeter, mostly on brownfield land, which have never been built on.Why build on green fields.This must plan must be rejected.

I am signing as I agree with all the points made. This is a totally unnecessary development on the dwindling countryside around Uttoxeter. Not necessary,not in the interest of this town, just gratuitous ,spoiling the precious environment, and notcsupportable in terms of the infrastructure. Bramshall Lane and Roycroft are more than enough to be going on with.
