Say 'NO' to the Hazelwalls Development, Uttoxeter

Does Uttoxeter really need another 429 houses? The town has already lost its Market Town identity and appeal. Traffic in and around the town is terrible and we appear to be losing our green fields at a rapid rate. Planners need to think again or is money more important than the will of the people of Uttoxeter.

I don't believe there is enough road infrastructure to support the development

1.This development will put further strain on the existing infrastructure. 2. The road system is not suitable for the additional traffic especially between Uttoxeter and the A515 3. This development exceeds the current requirement as re

Building on this land is criminal and should not be allowed

This development is completely unconsidered, it is wrong on many levels, loss of habitats, flooding, congestion to name a few. It shouldn't be a modified application it should be totally refused.

too much development in Uttoxeter and Surrounding areas. Road infrastructure will not cope. Use brownfield sites in East Staffs and Stoke

Too large for the area, infrastructure can't cope, not enough school places.

The countryside is JUST as important as additional housing - we lose it at our peril. There are many brownfield sites which should be developed first.

Please let us keep some of our land rural.

Please stop destroying the countryside when there are other developments already underway and Brownfield sites undeveloped. Only then should this be considered as an option

Residential development in Uttoxeter should initially be directed towards current available brownfield sites such as that at Pinfold Street.
