Please do not put a gas station at the front of our neighborhood. This will ruin it.

I feel there are plenty of negatives to having a gas station right next to our neighborhood and near school. There are plenty of better locations available

I'd rather that not have a gas station, gym, daycare and certainly nothing that is larger than code. Restaurant is OK, but way too much stuff is going on that small piece of land. Will clog our entrance.

This is absolutely not ok to have at the front of the neighborhood. This a a beautiful community and we work hard to keep it that way.

Already have 2 schools nearby, church across street, additional traffic overwhelming!

I do not agree with adding a gas station at the main entryway of our neighborhood! This simply is not where a gas station belongs! Too much noise and traffic. Also, a preschool would add too much traffic for the entrance area, which already has enough traffic with all of the residents of the neighborhood.

This would cause much more harm than good. It would introduce instability and distress to a wonderful area.

We have a gas station within a 1/2 mile. And three others within 1-2 miles.

There are plenty of gas stations around, there is no need for one at the end of Sterling. I oppose.

No gas station is needed, the entrance to Sterling as well as a family graveyard should not be disrespected, a gym is definitely not needed at this location with so many already close by, and a daycare would clearly be better at another location with less traffic and easier access. The bottom line is that without majority support of Sterling residents, any development at that location would inevitably face vacancies which would not help the developers or the residents. Keep the entrance quiet and safe for all.

I absolutely oppose a gas station at the entrance to Sterling on the Lake. I moved to this subdivision based on increased safety, minimal traffic, and less noise. Such a development would negate all of that as well as devalue my property for prospective buyers in the future. This type of development will result in homeowners selling their homes and leaving the area thereby resulting in less taxpayers to the City of Flowery Branch and Hall County.

I am a resident of Sterling on the Lake. It is our opinion there is no benefit to this type of business located near a residential area and in fact it is detrimental to our safety and quality of life. We want the City of Flowery Branch to provide quality development and management, like the newly revitalized downtown area. We do not want a precedent to be set that allows gas station development so lose to residential areas and definitely not at the main entrance to a neighborhood. We want to protect and preserve the safety, integrity, and quality of Sterling on the Lake and other neighborhoods.

I live near the entrance of Sterling, and I do not want to see a gas station here. I moved away from a neighborhood that had a gas station in front of it, and it was a nightmare and the sole reason I moved. The traffic was awful, and it made it very difficult to get in and out of my neighborhood. It made living there very unpleasant. I would definitely consider moving if a gas station was placed out side of Sterling on the lake. I love living here and would not like to see an increase of traffic and noise in my neighborhood. It would make living here unpleasant.
