Traffic nightmare impact during rush hours from the 120 capacity preschool drop off and pick up traffic tractor trailers and delivery trucks exiting onto Lake Sterling Boulevard. This is a residential street and not designed for this type of traffic!!!!

Decreases property value for residence of Sterling on the Lake. Who wants to live near a gas station?!!

No to the gas station. A gas station does not belong at the entrance to a neighborhood. It ruins, the aesthetics in the entrance. Don’t set a precedence.

No gas stations next to schools and neighborhood entrances. Use some common sense.

The traffic generated by this development would be horrific. Why would anyone put a childcare center at the entrance to our neighborhood and also a gas station?

It is an inappropriate location for a gas station. Place it further along Spout Springs where the old car was is, or up closer to Duncan's Corner near other commercial enterprises.

A projected traffic study should be made focusing on peak hours of use both by the facilities and how it would affect this neighborhood. Adding an entry and exit on to Lake Sterling Blvd. would create a serious traffic hazard.

Are we getting payback because of pond 3? Because who would want a gas station at the entrance to their subdivision. Gas station means a convenience store where they can sell anything.

How about a a few restaurants different from the same types of food we have on every corner already. Don’t need another gas station
