There is absolutely no need or perceived value to having a gas station or a day care this close to an already established neighborhood or its entrance. There already is a gas station hundreds of yards away. We nor anyone we know would go for pizza in a convenience store/gas station. The traffic associated with drop off and pick up at the proposed day care is exactly why we chose to live HERE-to get away from traffic nightmares.
