It just doesn't make sense to put these atrocities in or near our lovely subdivision!! It is detrimental to every aspect of life!! Let's do everything in our power to put this to a permanent STOP!!

Pro business but wring location for gas station and pre-school. Better suited for retail/restaurant. Safety issues with traffic at main entrance, across from a church and down from 3 schools (elementary, middle and high school).

I do not support this development, there is no need to encroach on the peacefulness and beauty of the neighborhood!

This will increase noise, crime, and decrease property values. This is a bad location for a gas station. When will our elected officials represent us ?

It is incomprehensible why it would make sense to put a gas station at the entrance to a multimillion dollar development. It would be unsightly and unrealistic to have an entrance from our neighborhood. A gas station would not bring any value to our area and would be unsightly, not to mention the traffic backlogs. Besides there is a gas station right across the way. Bringing in an establishment (e.g., cafe, coffeehouse,) would add to the charm of Sterling on the Lake rather than detract from it. Please do not allow this gas station to be built at the location.

We don't need a gas station at the entrance of our subdivision. It's wrong on so many counts. Please do not downgrade the value of Sterling on the Lake with a gas station at the entrance.

We do not need another gas station in our area. Traffic, child safety, and the tranquility of Lake Sterling would be impacted. We do not wait in line and our perfectly content with the Shell station which is a 2 iron away. I would both boycott and protest should you proceed with these ill conceived plans. Do the right thing, It will be a zero sum game on revenue for the city, unless someone is getting a kick back somewhere.
