This is not the right location for a gas station. S. Hall Cty deserves better and unfortunately it seems everything submitted, even when it doesn’t fit the comprehensive plan, gets approved. Disturbing! Please DENY this application.

How about a "village" type retail center with an anesthetic that matches Stirling on the Lakes??? Look at Newtown in Bucks County, PA on how Flowery Branch could be developed and INCREASE livable and property values. Open spaces are maintained, existing anesthetics respected and common sense development.

While this is the most ridiculous option that will drastically impact the value of our homes the most important thing they need to take into consideration is the safety issues this will cause. The current entrance is a safety issue already due to limited visual problems and this will only exacerbate this at least 1,0000%. It will only take one issue for legal issues to cause massive $$$$ cost to the city!

We have a gas station on the next block.
The from entrance to a neighborhood is not an appropriate place for a gas station.
We also have 2 school's elementary and high school within walking distance.

I recently purchased a house here for only reason it is very peaceful for me, my family and my 7 months old. I would not buy a property next to gas station to put my child and family in danger. Please stop this gas station to continue being safe. I'm stricty against this.
