Say NO to the Gas Station

I live in Sterling on the lake and am completely opposed to a gas station at the entrance

Just SAY NO to gas!!!!

This commercial development is NOT in keeping with the neighborhood at all. When I moved in here they mentioned that the commercial property would be In line with the community with retail like restaurants or small retail stores. Not childcare or gas stations or long daily access hours gym! This area already has enough gas stations and why would we need a retail gym when we have a community gym already. It will just impact ingress and egress into the neighborhood with NO value to the neighborhood. This must be stopped!

This development is NOT in-line with a residential neighborhood. There are numerous gas stations within a 2 mile radius already and the gas station that is on the next corner is atrocious with its blaring lights. I also think the body plex is not appropriate given the extended hours that would be impacting our neighborhood entrance. I say this is

No to the proposed gas station.

I am not in favor of the gas station development, and I think this addition is not a good idea.

Same for Montessori school. Tons of mothers waiting in parked cars waiting to pick up kids - likely to make it a major challenge getting in/out of neighborhood
