NO TO GAS STATION, NO TO MEDICAL OFFICE, NO TO BLOCKING COMMUNITY ENTRANCE WITH COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC AND WE DO NOT WANT CRIME BROUGHT INTO STERLING ON THE LAKE WITH THE DRAW OF THE COMMERCIAL OUTLET !!! We have a gas station adjacent to our community already...we do not need a second one! STOP THE PROPOSAL!!!

I am a resident of the neighborhood and as a Commercial Insurance Underwriting AVP, I can attest to the higher than average risk of crime, fire and pollution that regularly accompany these operations due to the easy access, low security and volume of gas both spilled while refueling and in tanks. I strongly oppose this in front of my neighborhood.

NO NO NO!!! Pretty soon the residents off of Sprout Springs Rd. won’t be able to even pull out of their neighborhoods. A lot of road work needs to be completed to handle the traffic we already have!!
