This isn’t something we need. There is already a gas station at the corner of Spout Springs and Capitola, and there are other gas stations down the road just a bit. We don’t want or need this gas station right at the entrance of our neighborhood.

I wholeheartedly oppose a gas station at the very entrance of our neighborhood. We literally have a gas station a block away on the same road. Who’s making these choices anyway?

Traffic from a pre-school will be a nightmare as well as traffic gping down Lake Sterling Blvd to exit at Capitola Farms.

I think that building anything at the entrance to our neighborhood would be a horrible idea. I am a new driver and I have already almost been hit by people turning off of Blue Heron way.
Im not thrilled about the idea of a listening to a bunch of kids screaming all day either. Thats one of the main reasons my parents moved out here. The peace and quiet. Please dont ruin that. I dont want to move again.
Why not build a park/garden for the residents to enjoy, instead?

Please don't ruin our neighborhood by building a gas station at our entrance.
The environmental impact, the traffic, the noise - just to name a few things will drag our property values down. Plus theres already a Shell station at the corner of S.S. and Capitola. I think the day care is a horrible idea too. That will cause a traffic nightmare at least twice a day for everyone. I moved into SOTL the get away from another daycare that was built in my "backyard" because all I heard all day every day was screaming kids.

This will cause a traffic nightmare for the SOTL residents. We don't want a gas station that close to our homes either. Please don't build this stuff so close to the entrance of our beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood.
