It's already difficult getting in and out of the Saugatuck area. This is too dense for such a small area with limited access.

My family and I are very happy in Saugatuck and would rather it not turn into a commercial disaster such as Stamford. We had a home in Shippan and sold because of the mess it turned into.

The last thing this town needs is more traffic

The Saugatuck project is overwhelming and will spoil the charm of this neighborhood. Scale it back!! If the developers claim they cant make money with a reduced concept they are putting their greed over the interests of the neighborhood and community. Find someone else to do the needed work on parking and infrastructure who will reduce the density and height of the project!

Please reduce this monstrosity by at least 50%. No hotels needed!

As a 25 year Westport resident I am deeply saddened by the over development of Westport. I hope someone in Westport town government will fight for Westport and protect us from the greedy developers who are looking to turn Westport into a Stamford or Norwalk. Please stop the destruction before we reach the tipping point and there is no return.

Have you tried to get across the bridge on a Friday afternoon. That area is way too tight for this large a development

No to this development! Commuters will be severely impacted. These roads are not equipped for this type of development.

From acorns grow mighty oaks! I’m so proud to be #1200 ! This movement has joined neighbors who’ve raised their voices to urge town officials to act on our behalf to achieve “smart development” that truly serves the needs of the town. Westport WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER!

We’re concerned about traffic and the cut off of Saugatuck Shores. There are just not enough roadways to support this scale

Public safety is paramount. How can we get EMT’s or fire trucks here in an emergency? How will exposing ground under the Minute Man cleaners affect our waters? Copps oysters, local swimming, clamming, etc.? How will the obscene increase in traffic affect our pedestrian and vehicle safety!?

This development would be a blight to the Westport community.

too large a project, not nearly enough parking, no real open space for gatherings, especially since there won't be parking.

This project will bring too much traffic into the already highly congested Saugatuck area. Construction of the Hamlet alone would create insane disruptions for the residents nearby and would impact traffic patterns.

Stop, just Stop!! Westport has had enough. Please preserve the river front and the existing neighborhoods.
