This Saugatuck development plan would be an absolute disaster. We work and live in the area .

Keep Westport and Saugatuck free from these money hungry developers that will ruin the history of the town!

As a person who commutes five days/week and has done so for 11 years, I am 100% against this development in Saugatuk. It will not only bring nothing to our town but it will make life hell for the many who commute via MetroNorth.

There is no way we need this - traffic is crazy in the summer all over town and particularly in the Saugatuck area around rush hours w/o hotels, retail and housing. Parking is already an issue. Let's not build something that will change our beautiful town forever - and not in a positive way.

There are enough condos in Westport

This would destroy commuter parking and wipe out a very visible (from 95) New England seacoast part of our beauty

I live within 1/2 mile of the proposed project. While I am pretty confident it will increase my home value, I cannot support this project as it will very likely bring traffic to a standstill. Anyone claiming anything else is lying to themselves and others.

Saugatuck is charming and should not be turned into another urban center. Yes, some renovations are needed but not at the expense of losing the small town charm.

This cannot happen. It would be impossible to move anywhere in the vicinity!!!!

It’s too big! This cannot be approved at its latest scale.

Development is not a bad thing, but the scale has increased beyond what had been presented and the traffic issues have worsened since the Hamlet was originally presented. Still waiting to understand the traffic and ensuing safety strategy.
