I agree that the proposed ROAN development is much too large and will not serve the interests of Westport.

All for thoughtful development - but this feels like too much.

This will wreck the area's unique charm. Every time I'm in Saugutuck I think about how lucky I am to live in Westport - every time. Let's not make it White Plains - please.

This development will dramatically aggravate traffic congestion in Westport. Also, a hotel in this area is wrong!

No need for another hotel, adding traffic issues on top on what we already have , besides, we’re going to have a brand new one enough for Westport needs. I think the 2022 proposal looks more suitable our town size.

The entire idea is outrageous! Looks like a New York City development nor a small town in the country.

Not appropriate for our town!

Traffic is already a nightmare. This will only make it worse.

Keep westports charm and livability . No traffic jambs , grid lock and vacation destinations for our town

I’m in favor of keeping the integrity and specialness of Westport.

This destroys the quality of life, makes getting from Saugatuck to town , schools, fields onerous . Traffic is already very congested around the station and 136, this will make it impossible. Growing up in westport, the safe, charming, small town feel is what creates value and quality of life.

This new plan is antithetical to Westport’s existing architecture and climate.

This area can use some sprucing up, but how about something that fits, in terms of scale and style. This is garish and inappropriate to our small town.
